• 50ml Sugarbird Juniper Unfiltered Gin.
• 15ml Fresh Lime Juice.
• 10ml Simple Syrup.
• Fresh Mint Leaves.
• Soda Water.
1. Muddle mint with syrup and lime juice.
2. Add gin and ice, then shake.
3. Strain into highball glass.
4. Top with soda water.
