Tasting Notes

A festive and vibrant liqueur serve capturing the Cape floral kingdom.

Ingredients

• 50ml Sugarbird Wild Holly & Cape Plum Liqueur.

• 100ml Prosecco.

• Splash of Soda Water.

• Fresh berries.

Method

1. Pour liqueur into a chilled glass.

2. Top with prosecco and soda.

3. Garnish with berries.
