Tasting Notes

Warm honeybush notes with a spicy ginger kick.

Ingredients

• 50ml Sugarbird Honeybush & Rose Gin.

• 150ml Ginger Beer.

• Fresh Ginger slice.

• Lime wedge.

Method

1. Build in a copper mug over crushed ice.

2. Stir gently.

3. Garnish with ginger and lime.
