MINTED FYNBOS COLLINS

A refreshing, tall botanical serve with a bright herbal finish.

Ingredients

• 50ml Sugarbird Original Fynbos Gin.

• 20ml Lemon juice.

• 15ml Sugar syrup.

• 6-8 Fresh mint leaves.

• Soda water.

Method

1. Muddle mint with syrup and lemon in a shaker.

2. Add gin and ice; shake briefly.

3. Double strain into a tall glass with fresh ice.

4. Top with soda.
