• 50ml Sugarbird Juniper Unfiltered Gin.

• 200ml Tonic water.

• Fresh thyme sprig.

• Black peppercorns.

Method

1. Build in a glass over ice.

2. Garnish with thyme and peppercorns to enhance the savory notes.
