HONEYBUSH HOT TODDY

Tasting Notes

A warming, aromatic serve perfect for cooler Cape evenings.

Ingredients

• 50ml Sugarbird Honeybush & Rose Gin.

• 1 tbsp Honey.

• 15ml Lemon juice.

• 1 Cinnamon stick.

• 150ml Hot water.

Method

1. Combine gin, honey, and lemon juice in a heat-proof mug.

2. Top with hot water and stir until honey dissolves.

3. Add the cinnamon stick and a lemon slice.
