A sharp, botanical-heavy classic.

Ingredients

• 60ml Sugarbird Original Fynbos Gin.

• 20ml Lime cordial or fresh lime/syrup.

• Lime wheel.

Method

1. Shake ingredients with ice.

2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

3. Garnish with a lime wheel.
